摘 要
混合电容器是一种介于超级电容器和电池之间的一种新型储能装置,与传统的双电层电容器相比,它具有更高的能量密度;与电池相比,具有更高的功率密度。混合电容器在移动通讯,信息技术等方面具有极其重要的应用前景。
实验中通过复合共沉积方法制备了掺杂了WO3的PbO2电极材料,将其做成混合电容器的工作电极,WO3PbO2和C分别作为混合电容器的负极和正极,组装成WO3PbO2/C 混合电容器。通过测试其循环伏安和充放电等性能,发现其具有良好的比电容值,结果显示,放电电流为5 mA/cm2时,充放电测得的电容器比电容值为69.9 F/g,并且拥有长久的循环寿命。

Abastract
A novel hybrid capacitor is a new energy storage means interposed between a supercapacitor and a battery , as compared with a conventional electric double layer capacitor having higher energy density; Compared with batteries, having higher power density. Hybrid capacitors have very important applications in mobilecommunications, information technology, etc.
Experiment by codeposition method for preparing a compound doped PbO2 electrode material of WO3, which is made of a hybrid capacitor working electrode, WO3PbO2 and C were used as the negative electrode and a positive electrode of a hybrid capacitor, assembled into WO3PbO2/C Mixed capacitors. Tested by cyclic voltammetry and chargedischarge performance, it was found to have a good ratio of capacitance values, The results showed that when the discharge current is 5 mA/cm2, the capacitance value of capacitor were measured more than 69.9 F/g ,and has a long cycle life.
