菊芋块茎提取物对小鼠高血糖的缓解作用
摘要 菊粉对降低血脂,抗龋齿,调整肠道菌群等具有促进作用。本文就菊粉对降低血糖的作用进行了研究。通过利用高脂饲料联合多次腹腔注射小剂量链脲佐菌素(streptozotocin, STZ)的方法诱导小鼠2型糖尿病,构建小鼠高血糖模型。利用已经构建成功的模型小鼠进行后期的菊粉干预作用,试验干预时间为4周,干预手段为对小鼠进行灌胃处理。空白对照组、高血糖对照组灌胃的为生理盐水(浓度为9.0‰ w/v,4℃),阳性药物组则灌胃的为市面上常用来治疗高血糖的常用药盐酸二甲双胍片,按每只0.125g/(kgd)剂量对高血糖模型小鼠进行灌胃,而菊粉处理组则按照人体推荐量的5、10、20倍设计菊粉低、中、高3 个剂量组对高血糖模型小鼠进行灌胃。高血糖组小鼠体 *景先生毕设|www.jxszl.com +Q: ^351916072^
重变化较小,菊粉处理的小鼠体重有下降的趋势;菊粉与药物处理小鼠的血糖都有明显的下降,其中菊粉浓度越高,下降幅度越大;菊粉处理的小鼠肝体比也呈下降趋势;对于肠道菌群种类与占比,经过菊粉处理的小鼠,菌群种类与占比都有所恢复。综上,菊粉对小鼠高血糖有缓解作用,对高血糖小鼠体重的增加有缓解作用,能够降低高血糖小鼠的血脂,通过降低血脂减少脂肪肝的重量,并能够通过调节肠道菌群来减少菌群种类比重失衡对身体产生的危害。

Extractive from Jerusalem artichoke tubers alleviates of hyperglycemia in mice

Abstract Inulin has promoting effects in reducing lipid, anting caries, adjusting the intestinal flora and so on. This paper studied in the effects on reducing blood sugar. The model mice of hyperglycemia was inducted of type 2 diabetes mellitus in mice by intraperitoneal injection of high fat diet combined with intraperitoneal injection of low dose streptozotocin (streptozo tocin, STZ). The modei mice which had been constructed successfully were used for the intervention of inulin in the late stage. The experimental intervention time was 4 weeks and the intervention measures was to treat the mice by intragastric administration. The blank control group and the hyperglycemia control group were treated with saline (concentration of 9.0‰, 4℃). Positive drug group was treated with the drug of Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets which is commonly used to treat high blood sugar in the market, and each hyperglycemic model mouse was treated with 0.125g/(kgd) dose by intragastric administration. The inulin treatment groups were treated with 3 doses of inulin by low, mide and high which dose is according to the recommended amount of human body 5, 10, 20 times by intragastric administration. The weight of mice in hyperglycemia group changed little and the weight of mice treated with inulin tended to decrease. The blood suger of the mice treated with inulin and drug all decreased obviously, and the inulin concentration is higher and the decline is greater. The liver body ratio of mice treated with inulin also showed a downward trend. For the species and proportions of intestinal flora, the species and proportions of bacteria were restored after treating with inulin. In conclusion, inulin could relieve hyperglycemia in mice, relieving the body weight gain in hyperglycemic mice, reducing the blood lipid in hyperglycemic mice, reducing the weight of fatty liver by lowering blood lipids, and reducing the harm to the body caused by the imbalance of flora throuh regulating intestinal flora.
