一、引言
(一)研究背景
我国传统制造业经过多年的发展和积累，具备了相当大的规模，也拥有了先进的技术和丰富的经验。但是由于互联网时代的到来，互联网的快速发展加快着世界经济一体化的形成，也推动着国内外的技术、资金、产品相互交融相互竞争，使我国的传统制造业面临着众多的机遇与挑战。
目前在国外，制造业利用互联网转型升级已经步入到成熟的阶段。德国率先提出了工业4.0的高技术战略目标，该战略由德国政府出资超过2亿欧元，旨在利用互联网提升传统制造业的智能化水平，对企业进行智能化和工业化相结合的改造升级，降低产品的生产成本，提高产品的生产效率，力争保持德国制造业在全球制造业领域的领先水平。然而在国内，传统制造业向互联网模式转型大都处于初创期，高投入低产出和高消耗高污染的经济增长模式仍然主导我国制造业的发展，为此，我国提出实施《中国制造2025》战略发展规划，力求形成信息技术与制造技术相结合的经济发展模式，改善我国制造业的整体素质，提高产品的整体质量，实现数字化、智能化的中国制造业，打造中国版工业4.0。
(二)研究现状
在国外，企业的转型思想在新古典经济学时期就已经存在，直到20世纪中期金融危机的产生才使国外学者开始重视企业的转型升级。尤其是到了80年代，随着企业转型实践的快速增加，企业转型受到了越来越多人的关注，特别是当时的企业家和经济学家。1990年，Ghemawal和Nalebaff指出，企业转型是在保持企业核心竞争力的基础上进行的改革，是对公司业务组合、组织结构、流程制度适当选择过程。1994年，凯文凯利在他的著作《失控》中首
