摘 要随着网络办公系统的发展和高校教师年终考核制度的变化，需要有高效且相对公正的自动化年终考核系统来对教师进行考核。目前，我校教师年底考核指标主要有学生评教、领导评教、同行互评、科研积分等内容，采用的方法是手工汇总方式。学生评教虽然是网上进行，但是最后汇总时必须将分数导出后再与其他成绩加权进行计算；同行互评、领导评教、科研积分等都是发纸质表格，然后人工汇总。随着我校规模的不断扩大，教师数量逐渐增加，这种人工操作已经不能适应我校的发展，因此需要开发一个基于B/S模式的教师年终考核管理系统，该系统能够将所有功能集为一体，有效的提高了工作效率，同时使得考核结果相对公正。本文介绍了基于B/S模式的教师年终考核管理系统开发的背景、目的，采用的开发技术，并重点介绍了系统开发过程中的需求分析阶段、系统设计与数据库设计阶段以及系统功能设计阶段。本系统是利用Visual Studio 2008作为开发平台，使用C#编程语言，在SQL Server 2005数据库支持下完成的。本系统分三类用户：分别是学生、教师、管理员，主要实现了学生评教；同行互评；教师工作量和科研考核管理；领导评价。最后，根据以上考核结果统计出每位教师的总分。目 录

ABSTRACT
Along with the development of the network office system and the change of the university teachers yearend assessment system, it is highly effective and relatively impartial and automatic yearend assessment system to evaluate the teachers..At present, the end of our school teachers assessment indicators are mainly students, leadership, peer evaluation, scientific research points and other content, the method is manual summary of the way.Student evaluation of teaching, although online, but in the end summary must be derived score with other weighted scores were calculated; peer assessment, leadership assessment teaching, research, integration is a paper form, and manual collection.With the continuous expansion of the scale of our school, increasing the number of teachers, the manual operation already can not adapt to the development of our school, so we need to develop a based on B / S mode of teachers yearend assessment management system, the system can all function set as a whole, effectively improve the work efficiency, also make the assessment result is relatively fair.
This paper introduces the background,contents,targets and development environment of the webbased mutual teaching evaluation system, and focus on the process of requirement analysis,the process of system design and database design as well as the function design .With the support of SQL Server 2005,using the Visual Studio 2008 development platfom,and C# programming language ,this system is finally been done.The users can search and modify information,manage their exercises,statics and evaluations with different login identities.Administrators who has the highest authority can modify the introduction of the syst
