自然语言处理研究现状和热点分析
摘 要
近年来，人工智能的快速发展正改变着世界，自然语言处理作为人工智能领域的重要研究方向之一，受到越来越多的学者关注。本文利用文献计量学对自然语言处理进行研究分析，使用可视化分析软件，系统地分析20102019年世界自然语言处理学科领域的相关学术文献，从研究地区、研究机构、关键词等方面对该领域全面分析，为今后自然语言处理研究工作提供参考。
首先，从“国家／地区”“研究机构”两个方面分析全体文献集，得到自然语言处理研究的国家／地区、权威机构的分布图谱。其次，对全体文献集“高频关键词”“关键词聚类”“关键词演变”三个方面进行研究分析，得到自然语言处理学科领域的高频关键词、高中心性关键词，分析该领域的研究热点。通过关键词时序变化图，得到具有影响力关键词的演变过程。再次，对比20102019年中国和美国自然语言处理 *51今日免费论文网|www.51jrft.com +Q: ^351916072* 
领域的文献信息，从“研究机构分析”和“高频关键词分析”两个方面，分析中美两国发展现状和研究热点演变的差异。最后，得出结论国内外自然原因处理领域的研究存在一定的差异性。本文希望通过文献计量学，对比分析该领域的国内外学术文献，为国内相关领域学者提供借鉴和启发。
RESEARCH STATUS AND HOT SPOTS OF NATURAL LANGUAGE PROCESSING RESEARCH BASED ON BIBLIOMETRICS
ABSTRACT
In recent years, the rapid development of artificial intelligence is changing the world. As one of the important research directions in the field of artificial intelligence, natural language processing has attracted more and more scholars attention. This paper uses bibliometrics to study and analyze natural language processing, and uses visual analysis software to systematically analyze the relevant academic literature in the field of natural language processing in the world from 2010 to 2019. Comprehensive analysis provides a reference for future research on natural language processing.
First, analyze the entire literature collection from the two aspects of "country / region" and "research institution" to obtain the distribution map of countries / regions and authoritative institutions for natural language processing research. Secondly, research and analyze the three aspects of "high frequency keywords", "keyword clustering" and "keyword evolution" in the entire literature collection, and obtain high frequency keywords and highly central keywords in the field of natural language processing Research hotspots in the field. Through the keyword timeseries change graph, the evolution process of influential keywords is obtained. Thirdly, comparing the literature information in the field of natural language processing between China and the United States from 2010 to 2019, from the two aspects of "research institution analysis" and "highfrequency keyword analysis", analyze the differences in development status and research hotspot evolution between China and the United States. Finally, it is concluded that there are certain differences in the research on the field of natural causes at home and abroad. This paper hopes to quantitatively analyze the development status of natural language processing in the world and the evolution of research hotspots through bibliometrics. Comparative analysis of domestic and foreign academic literature in this field, comparing the differences in scientific research capabilities and research directions, serves as a reference and inspiration for domestic scholars in related fields.
