摘 要
RESEARCH ON INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LITERACY OF COLLEGE STUDENTS
ABSTRACT
Nowadays, college students play a very important role. They are the core force and main body of social development and scientific and technological innovation in contemporary China. They are of great significance in improving the overall development level of Chinas society. The intellectual property quality of college students determines the level of Chinas future scientific and technological innovation ability, the level of social development and the level of the countrys comprehensive strength. Therefore, it is very important to investigate and study the intellectual property quality of contemporary college students. In this paper, the contemporary college students under different knowledge background as the research object, through the network questionnaire on its intellectual property rights understanding of the relevant knowledge study, using online SPSSAU analysis platform software frequency analysis was carried out on the data collected from questionnaires, concluded that contemporary college students the low level of collective quality of intellectual property rights, onesided, lack of consciousness and the lack of the ability and cognitive problems. Need combined with the library and education departments in colleges and universities, add intellectual property theory knowledge of professional courses, strengthen intellectual property rights literacy education practice, and help students establish property thinking and consciousness of self training, improve college students ability to use of intellectual property rights, to constantly improve college students group of the intellectual property rights of all the people and literacy levels, and promote the sustainable development of the intellectual property rights.
