家用小型手持电动园艺工具的本土化改进与设计
摘 要
近年来，中国城市化的步伐逐步加快，家庭园艺建设成为了改善居民居住环境、丰富居民精神文化生活、提高城市生态建设水平的重要途径。随着生活水平的提高，越来越多的人开始追求“回归自然，绿色健康”的生活理念，对家庭园艺活动也越发地喜爱。本课题以家庭园艺工具本土化为中心，围绕多功能性、便携性、安全性和高效性的特征对家庭园艺工具的结构与造型进行设计。首先对国内外家庭园艺发展现状开展调查，了解国内外家庭园艺的发展现状，发现国内市场发展机遇；然后对国内外市场上现有的常用电动园艺工具进行调研，总结目前市面电动工具尚存的缺点；接下来开展了线上问卷调研和深度用户访谈等方法获取用户需求和心理预期，确定设计定位；最后以产品定位为根据，结合设计学原则，对电动园艺工具的功能实现结构进行设计，思考结构的合理性和有效性，最后根据内部结构的尺寸大小进行形态和色彩设计，完成最终方案。本课题参考了市面现有园艺工具的机械结构与造型设计，借鉴国外先进品牌的设计理念，结合我国品牌在我国市场的生产经验，完成符合我国消费市场现状的本土化电动园艺工具设计。并最终通过手绘草图、建模渲染等方式对家庭园艺工具的结构与造型设计方案进行展现。
Localization improvement and design of small handheld electric garden tools
ABSTRACT
In recent years, the pace of Chinas urbanization is gradually accelerating. Family gardening construction has become an important way to improve residents living environment, enrich residents spiritual and cultural life, and, and realize urban ecological livability. With the improvement of living standards, more and more people begin to pursue the life concept of "return to nature, green and healthy" and are fond of family gardening activities. This topic takes the localization of family gardening tools as the center, designing the structure and modeling of family gardening tools around the characteristics of versatility, portability, safety and efficiency. Firstly, the development status of family horticulture at home and abroad was investigated to find out the development opportunities of domestic market; Then, the common electric gardening tools in the domestic and foreign markets were investigated to summarize the shortcomings of the current electric tools in the market ; Next, online questionnaire survey and indepth user interviews were carried out to obtain user needs and psychological expectations which determine the design orientation; Finally, according to the product orientation, combined with the design principle, the function realization structure of the electric gardening tool is designed, and the rationality and effectiveness of the structure are considered. The shape and color design are carried out according to the internal structure to complete the final scheme. Based on the mechanical structure and modeling design of the existing horticultural tools in the market, the design concept of foreign advanced brands, combined with the production experience of Chinese brands in home market, the localized electric horticultural tools design in line with the current situation of Chinas consumer market is completed.The structure and modeling design of home gardening tools are presented by hand sketching and modeling.
