激光切割具有质量好、效率高、速度快、环保等特点,国内外很多著名企业都积极从事激光切割的开发和推广应用,激光切割的发展使得用于家装、工业、水利建设等方面的管材的切割更加高效。对于一些强度高,韧性强的用传统切割方法难以切割的材料,以及精密复杂的零件,激光切割特别适用,因此它在我国制造业中正发挥着越来越重要的作用。由于国外此类产品的价格、供货周期和售后服务等原因,国内许多企业正在积极开发相关产品以满足日益增长的需要。
本文根据国外生产的管材激光切割器为研究对象,首先对激光切割的运动系统的工作原理进行了分析,在此基础上设简单实用计了比较简单实用的运动机构,并进行相关计算。然后,用solidworks软件创建三维模型,检验其运动特性,从而来验证理论分析。

Abstract
Laser cutting has many virtues, such as highquality, efficient, fast, and environmental. Many wellknown domestic and foreign enterprises are actively engaging in development and application of the laser cutting, which makes the cutting of the tubes and pipes used in house decoration industries, water conservancy construction and other fields more efficient. Laser cutting is especially suitable for some materials with high strength and high toughtness which are difficult to cut with conventional cutting mothod, as well as sophisticated parts. Because of the high prices, long supply cycle and bad aftersales service of such products abroad, many domestic enterprises are actively developing and applying their own products to meet their growing needs.
In this study, it takes a foreign production tubing laser cutter as the research object. First, it analyses the working principle of motor system of the laser cutting, based on which to design a simple and practical motion mechanism. Besides, it did some relevant calculation. Then, it created the 3D models with solidworks, and tested its movement characteristics to verify the theoretical analysis.
