建筑业是我国重要的经济产业之一,在经济提高和科技发展的同时作用下，我国的建筑行业茁壮成长了起来。随着楼盘的数量不断增多，每年都有大量的新建建筑产生。随着建筑行业规模不断扩大,相对应的施工危险源管理建设却严重落后,越来越多的建筑企业甚至完全忽略掉安全管理在整个项目建设过程中所占据的重要作用。这些问题集中表现在安全意识防范不到位,制度管理技术落后,安全人员管理不到位,安全管理工作没有形成系统及安全资金投入不到位等。论文以施工危险源管理为主要的研究对象，列举典型的建筑施工危险源事故案例，分析了导致事故产生的内在风险和原因，总结当前危险作业管理方面的问题，并通过认真查阅建筑施工危险作业的资料结合自身的实践经历和理论知识水平，提出相应的预防措施，规范危险施工的具体管理工作，为以后危险施工安全管理提供了安全保障制度，建立一个安全的施工环境。

一、引言
研究背景
建筑业的地位在国家产业中举足轻重，在经济领域里也常常发挥着领头羊的作用，但同时也暴露出它的缺点。因为它也是事故频繁发生较多的领域。建筑行业中动不动的就会出现安全问题，防止危险事故的首要因素就是要去掌控危险源的发生次数，是否对危险事故进行有效管控则直接影响施工过程中的生命安全等问题，以及能否规避安全事故的再次发生。但随着建筑业的迅猛发展，安全生产形势也不容理想，我们也应该去更加重视安全问题。
