英语视域下大学生交互式会话中时态的使用特点分析
全球化的迅速发展推动了英语变体的产生和发展,中国英语便是英语变体的一种。本文通过研究分析中国大学生交互会话语篇,总结中国英语中常见的时态误用,从而论证中国英语的客观存在。为了研究结果的客观性,共40名来自淮阴工学院商务英语专业1142和1144班的学生,受邀参与了本研究。40名学生,分为每组两人共20个小组,每组就所给话题进行五分钟左右的自由交谈,并录制录音。所有音频都被转录为文本进行下一步分析。本文章采用错误分析法分析了20篇对话中存在的时态错误。在证明中国英语的客观存在的同时本篇文章为英语教学以及英语学习者提供了一些建议和意见,有助于改善中国大学生英语学习的现状。

The rapid development of globalization calls for the growth of English variety. China English as an English variety, is used under a special communication environment by native-Chinese people. In China, many researches about China English have been done such as China English and its Implications for English Teaching in China written by Zhou Yufeng (2007, 52-53), and A Study on China English of English Majors written by Yan Lin (2013). In addition, Chinese English is an incomplete language system, which is also called “chinglish”, firstly put forward by HertzC.K.Ke (2008). Chinglish is an abnormal English which is influenced by Chinese cultural and habits. Chinese people couldn’t avoid this period and phenomenon in the process of accessing English as Chinese is their mother tongue.
Besides the confusion of “China English” and “Chinese English”, the acquisition of English tense is one of the most difficult grammatical points. Tense is defined as fundamental grammatical category of the verb which expresses the temporal relation between a speech act and the state of affair or event described in the utterance. For Chinese students, the use of tense is a difficulty in the process of learning English. One reason is that in Chinese, verbs have no form of tense.
Since few researches have focused on the current situation of college students’ oral English, this paper attempts to analyze the tense errors in college students’ peer-peer interaction. By demonstrating the objective existence of China English, this paper gives suggestions to English teaching.
