1在宠物疾病的临床诊疗中，犬尿结石是一种比较常见并且严重的泌尿系统疾病，对犬的健康危害严重。研究犬尿结石的成因和诊治方法，有助于我们科学和系统的给予患病动物更大的帮助。作为常见的临床泌尿道疾病之一，尿结石并不是犬的单发病，在其他无论是畜牧动物还是宠物都是常见病，以小窥大，研究犬的尿结石也可以帮助我们对比研究其他动物。若利用手术去除结石，也能帮助我们锻炼自己的临床手术能力，在其他临床应用上也大有裨益。

Abstract：In the clinical diagnosis and treatment of disease of pets, Canine urinary calculi is a common and serious disease of the urinary system. Studying on the cause of canine urinary calculi and the diagnosis and treatment method helps us to give much help to those sick animals scientifically and systematically. As one of the common clinical urinary tract diseases, urinary calculi do not just happen to dogs. In other livestock animals or pets urinary calculi is also a common disease. As the small peep big, studying canine urinary calculi can also help us to do some comparative studies on other animals. Using surgery to remove stones helps us exercising our ability of clinical surgery, which help us to do better in other clinical applications.

引言：在宠物疾病的临床诊疗中，犬尿结石是一种比较常见并且严重的泌尿系统疾病，对犬的健康危害严重。
尿结石，又叫尿石症，是肾结石、输尿管结石、膀胱结石、尿道结石的总称，指尿路中无机或有机物结晶的凝结物刺激尿路黏膜，引起泌尿道炎症，从而导致频繁排尿（常为血尿）、乃至堵塞或二者兼有的一种泌尿系统的临床疾病[1]。在临床比较常见的是膀胱结石和尿道结石，二者常伴发。膀胱结石时，结石对膀胱产生刺激，常引发动物的膀胱炎症，出现尿频、尿急、里急后重等症状，感染严重时出现血尿。结石较小时，犬基本没有临床症状，感染炎症后才会表现出体温升高。尿道结石发病时，通常可见结石嵌在雄犬阴茎狭窄部，也位于雄犬尿道坐骨弓处，损伤和阻塞尿道，引起动物突然尿闭，频繁作排尿状，出现尿淋漓和血尿。尿道结石常因病程延长导致尿毒症的产生[2]。肾结石会导致肾炎、肾盂炎、膀胱炎症等，肾结石下移阻塞输尿管则为输尿管结石。
