3副猪嗜血杆菌病由副猪嗜血杆菌 （Haemophilus parasuis，Hps）引起，以多发性浆膜炎、关节炎为特征。近几年来副猪嗜血杆菌病在猪场不断发生，已趋于流行，给养猪业带来了巨大经济损失。研究表明不同血清型 Hps 毒力和致病力存在差异，因此，找出一种敏感性、特异性与重复性都非常良好的分型方法，对副猪嗜血杆菌病的防控有着重要的意义。现用常规的分型方法为血清型分型方法，但由于其操作复杂、耗时较长的缺点不宜对大量样本进行分型。相对而言，PCR分型方法操作简便、迅速，可以代替传统血清型分型方法。本文将建立Hps的PCR分型方法对常见的几种血清型进行分型并将其在实践中运用从而证实其有效性。

Abstract：Haemophilus parasuis disease characterized by polyserositis and arthritis is caused by Haemophilus parasuis（Hps）. In recent years, the respiratory infectious disease increased largely and resulted in enormous economic losses in pig industry. Researches show that different serotypes of Hps are different in toxic and pathogenic. Thus, it is meaningful to find out a typingmethod with good sensitivity, specificity and repeatability. Now the conventional classification method is serotype classification method. Due to the complication of operation and the long timeconsuming faults, it is unfavorable to classify a large number of samples. Relatively, PCR classification method is simple, rapid, and can replace traditional serotype classification methods. This paper will establish a Hps PCR classification method for common types and use it in practice to prove its effectiveness.

引言 副猪嗜血杆菌病是一种由副猪嗜血杆菌引起的呈世界分布、危害严重的疾病[1，2]。由于猪的易感性，几乎100%的猪群都存在副猪嗜血杆菌的感染[3]，在常规猪场分离到此菌也是正常的[4]。该病发病性不高，一般在10%15%，但在猪感染病毒或遭受应激时，则由于免疫力下降提高发病的概率[5]。2周龄至4月龄的猪易感，多发的猪群则为5至8周龄的断奶仔猪和保育猪。发病猪的主要症状为被毛粗乱、发热、咳嗽、呼吸困难、跛行、关节肿大直至消瘦而死。
不同血清型的Hps毒力和交叉保护性存在差异，因此对Hps的分型是很重要的，由此可区分致病菌株和非致病菌株。由于目前技术对s5和s12无法分型，本文将将两者合并讨论。我国流行血清型以s1、s4、s5（12）、s13为主[6]，因此本实验主要分此4种血清型。
