1现目前研究老年犬疾病的项目特别的多，一方面是延长老年犬的生命，另一方面是提高老年犬的生活质量。犬心脏病是老年犬容易患的一种疾病。通过对59例犬心脏病病例的分析，整理数据，发现犬心脏病主要发生在小型犬，易发品种是博美、吉娃娃、贵宾和西施。在大型犬较少发生。7岁到15岁之间是犬发生心脏病的高峰期，特别是当犬进入7岁以后即进入老年期发病率突然升高，所以在犬7岁以后需要重视犬患心脏病问题。犬的发病率与季节也有关系，在高温时（夏天）容易发病。治疗上一般使用维持治疗，药物维持治疗可以改善一些患犬的生活质量。临床治疗上年纪越小治疗效果会明显一些。

Abstract：At present, there are many studies on diseases of elderly dogs to prolong the life span or to improve their quality of life. Canine heart disease is a disease that can easily develop in elderly dogs. Through the data collection and analysis on 59 cases of dogs with heart disease, we have found that canine heart disease occurs mainly in small breeds while less in large dogs, susceptible varieties are pomeranian, chihuahua, poodle and Xi Shi. The peak of heart attack in dogs ranges from 7 to 15 years old. Especially after entering the age of 7, namely the beginning of the gerontic period , the incidence of the illness will show a sudden rise. The incidence of canine heart disease is also related to the season because dogs are prone to disease at high temperatures (summer) . In clinical practice, drug maintenance therapy is generally used, which can improve the life quality of some dogs, and the younger the dogs are, the more effective the treatment will be.

1 前言
犬的心脏病,在兽医临床上屡见不鲜，尤其是在老龄犬中更是多见。其临床症状多变而复杂,而且常伴有其他疾病[1]。现在目前研究老年犬疾病的项目有很多，一方面是为了延长老年犬的生命，另一方面是为了提高老年犬的生活质量。犬心脏病是老年犬特别容易患的一种疾病，而且犬只患心脏病后会引发很多的全身症状，如咳嗽，气短，气喘，易疲劳，精神恍惚，呼吸有困难，腹胀，体重逐渐减轻等。现对上海畜牧兽医研究所动物门诊在2016年1月至2017年3月期间诊断的59例心脏病犬的病例进行分析，整理数据，总结出犬心脏病的特征和对犬心脏病的诊断和方法。
1．1 心脏病流行性调查
兽医临床中最早关于犬心脏病发病率的调查是在十九世纪六十年代，美国滨州大学兽医医院针对五千只患犬进行统计分析，其中11%的犬只确定患有心血管疾病，9%的犬只可能患有心血管疾病[3]。据不完全统计，本病的发病率在北京、上海等发达地区可达13%左右[2]。
