摘 要
油脂作为一种高能量饲料原料被广泛应用。影响蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的因素有多种,油脂添加便是其中之一。蛋鸡基础日粮中添加油脂后,可以提高饲料适口性,提高能量,改善生产性能,同时促进脂溶性维生素的吸收,影响鸡蛋品质。本试验研究猪油替代对海兰褐蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响,探讨提高蛋鸡产蛋性能和蛋品质的营养手段。本试验采用单因子设计,选用海兰褐蛋鸡共168羽,根据产蛋率随机分为2个组,分别为对照组(玉米豆粕型饲粮)和猪油组,每个组7个重复,每个重复12羽。测定猪油替代对蛋鸡的生产性能、抗氧化指标、血浆及肝脏代谢指标和骨代谢指标;对鸡蛋蛋品质和鸡蛋营养指标的影响。试验结果表明,与对照组相比,从生产性能来看,猪油添加可降低蛋鸡采食量、平均蛋重和产蛋率(P *51今日免费论文网|www.51jrft.com +Q: ¥351916072$

EFFECTS OF LARD ON PERFORMANCE, EGG QUALITY AND BONE DEVELOPMENT OF LAYING HENS
ABSTRACT
Fats is a kind of high energy feed material,and it is widely used.There are many factors affecting the production performance and quality of eggs of laying hens,fat addition is one of these factor s.Adding fat to the basal diet of laying hens can improve the palatability of feed, increase energy, improve production performance,promote the absorption of fatsoluble vitamins and affect egg quality.This experiment studied the effect of lard substitution on the production performance and egg quality of hailanbrown laying hens, and discussed the nutritional ways to improve the egg production performance and egg quality of laying hens.This experiment used simple factor design,and a total of 168 hailanbrown laying hens were selected.According to the eggproducing rate, two groups were randomly divided into the control group (consoybean meal diet) and the lard group respectively. There were 7 replicates in each group and 12 laying hens in each repetition.The production performance, antioxidant indexes, plasma and liver metabolism indexes and bone metabolism indexes of lard substitution hailanbrown laying hens and the effect on egg quality and egg nutrition index were measured.Experimental results show that from the perspective of production performance,compared with the control group,lard addition can decrease the laying hens feed intake, average egg weight and laying rate(P<0.05), and had a greater influence on the plasma lipid metabolism index(P<0.05).It can be significantly reduced the energy ofglutathione peroxidase. It had no significant effect on each development index of bones(femur and humerus).From the perspective of egg quality, lard addition can reduce the score of egg yolk and affect the fatty acid composition of egg yolk(P<0.05), but it has no significant effect on the nutritional index of egg yolk (triglycerides and cholesterol).
