10例犬急性胰腺炎临床病例分析
摘要
犬急性胰腺炎是因胰酶对胰腺组织产生自体消化所引起的急性炎症，其病理特征为胰腺水肿、出血、坏死，是犬常见的消化系统疾病之一。本文主要从发病因素、临床表现、实验室诊断及治疗方案方面，对南京某宠物医院2019年12月至2020年2月间所确诊的10例犬急性胰腺炎病例进行分析总结。患犬发病原因多样，多数是由于主人喂养不当引起；患犬临床上多表现出不愿饮食、突然呕吐、急性腹痛等症状；通过综合分析患犬生活史、临床表现、实验室检查结果等进行确诊；治疗以补液、止吐、止痛、抗菌消炎、减缓胃酸和腺体分泌等为原则，主要使用醋酸奥曲肽、乌司他丁及奥美拉唑等药物，根据患犬发病情况及主人意愿制定出最佳治疗方案。本文主要通过对犬急性胰腺炎病例进行分析总结，以期为急性胰腺炎患犬的诊疗提供一定的参考。
CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 10 CASES OF CANINE ACUTE PANCREATITIS
Abstract
Acute pancreatitis in dogs is an acute inflammation caused by pancreatic enzymes producing autologous digestion of pancreatic tissues. Its pathological features are pancreatic edema, bleeding, and necrosis. It is one of the common digestive diseases in dogs. This article analyzes and summarizes 10 cases of acute pancreatitis in dogs diagnosed in a pet hospital in Nanjing from December 2019 to February 2020 from the perspective of pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, laboratory diagnosis and treatment options. The causes of the disease in dogs are diverse, most of which are caused by improper feeding by the owner; the dogs clinically show symptoms such as unwillingness to eat, sudden vomiting, and acute abdominal pain; Diagnosis through comprehensive analysis of the affected dogs life history, clinical manifestations, laboratory test results, etc.; treatment is based on the principles of fluid replacement, antiemetic, analgesic, antibacterial and antiinflammatory, slowing gastric acid and gland secretion, etc., mainly using Octreotide acetate, Ulinastatin and Omeprazole and other drugs, according to the incidence of dogs and the wishes of the owner Work out the best treatment plan. This article mainly analyzes and summarizes the cases of acute pancreatitis in dogs, in order to provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of dogs with acute pancreatitis.
