发布的多篇文献中确诊患有胰腺炎的犬只，共678例。通过统计分析病犬的基本信息、饲养管理、发病诱因、临床症状、实验室检查指标、影像学检查结果及治疗方案，对犬急性胰腺炎的诊断与治疗进行深度的分析，有助于在临床上研究出有效防治犬胰腺炎、快速确诊该病的方法，进行早预防早治疗，减少该病在临床上的发生。
DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF ACUTE PANCREATITIS IN DOGS
ABSTRACT
Pancreatitis in dogs is inflammation of the acinar and duct of the pancreas. It is one of the common digestive system diseases in dogs, which refers to the canine pancreas secretion of trypsin is activated to produce digestive effects on their own organs. Symptoms of inflammation, pancreatic edema, bleeding and tissue necrosis and others are more common in canine pancreatitis.Canine pancreatitis can be divided into acute pancreatitis and chronic pancreatitis. Clinically, acute pancreatitis is characterized by sudden abdominal pain, shock and peritonitis. There are many reasons why it happened. Common causes of canine pancreatitis include hyperlipoidemia, overweight, poisoning, infection, diseases of the pancreatic duct, duodenal countercurrent, medicine and so on.
Canine pancreatitis not only affects digestion, but also affects sugar metabolism because the pancreas has dual function. So pancreatitis is a clinically difficult disease to break through. In recent years, the incidence of canine pancreatitis continuously rising, the main cause of the disease is likely to be related to the feeding conditions of pet dogs. The onset of acute pancreatitis has severe symptoms. Its treatment is not timely may lead to death. But most sick dogs can recover after timely and professional treatment.
The research objects collected in this paper are 678 cases of dogs with pancreatitis which were diagnosed in many published literatures from 2018 to 2020. Through analyzing the eating habits, the symptoms, the life history, the laboratory examination results, the causes of morbidity, the X ray examination and B ultrasonic examination and the diagnosis and treatment scheme of the sick canine in 678 cases. In order to provide a better understanding of the treatment and diagnosis of canine pancreatitis, the experience of these cases are summarized.
