摘 要
随着人民物质生活水平的日益提高，伴侣动物的数量也随之增加，宠物猫成为人们的主流选择之一，而猫膀胱结石是宠物临床中的常见病,为不少宠物主以及宠物临床医生带来了困扰。在猫膀胱结石疾病过程中，患猫常有排尿痛苦、尿淋漓、血尿等临床表现。膀胱结石不仅会影响患猫的健康状态与生活质量，甚至可导致尿闭，从而引发重危病症，直接威胁患猫生命安全。本文对收集的两份猫膀胱结石病例进行了整理，针对病例的诊断与治疗过程展开了详细的讨论。总结了病例中所出现的诊断方法，如B超、尿沉渣检查、血常规检查以及血 *51今日免费论文网|www.jxszl.com +Q: @351916072@

DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF FELINE BLADDER STONE
ABSTRACT
With the improvement of peoples material living standards, the number of companion animals has also increased. Pet cats have become one of the mainstream choices. Feline bladder stones are a common disease in pet clinics. In the course of feline bladder stone disease, the suffering cat often has clinical manifestations such as painful urination, dripping urine, and hematuria. Bladder stones will not only affect the health status and quality of life of the affected cat, but may even lead to urinary closure, which can lead to critical illness and directly threaten the life safety of the affected cat. This article collates the two collected cases of feline bladder stones, and discusses the diagnosis and treatment of the cases in detail. Summarized the diagnostic methods that appeared in the cases, such as Bultrasound, urine sediment examination, blood routine examination, and blood gas analysis, etc., and analyzed the results of each examination. Due to the different conditions of the two cases, the treatment plan used is also different. Case 1 is mainly treated by surgery, and case 2 with mild symptoms prefers the conservative treatment plan. The two treatment ideas are discussed in the article. This article analyzes the actual cases by combining domestic and foreign literatures, summarizes the diagnosis and treatment of feline bladder stones, and proposes preventive methods that can be tried, hoping to provide some reference for clinicians.
