摘 要
本研究拟用健康7日龄乳鸽为试验动物,随机分为亲鸽喂养组和人工哺喂组,每组六个重复,每个重复6只乳鸽。人工哺喂组乳鸽哺喂人工鸽乳,每天6点、13点、20点进行人工哺喂;亲鸽喂养组每对亲鸽喂养3只乳鸽,全天给亲鸽提供饲料,试验期为25天。通过比较两组乳鸽体增重的变化以及屠宰性能,分析人工哺喂对乳鸽生长性能的影响;并通过肠道组织切片,观察人工哺喂组和亲鸽喂养组的乳鸽肠道发育情况,分析不同饲喂方式对乳鸽肠道发育的影响。结果表明,人工哺喂组和亲鸽哺喂组可导致乳鸽的活重、胴体率都产生极显著差异(P<0.01),半净膛率和全净膛率差异不显著(P>0.05);心脏、脾脏、肌胃等器官的器官指数存在显著差异(P<0.05),肾脏、肝脏、腺胃和法氏囊的器官指数无显著差异(P>0.05);十二指肠与回肠的绒毛高度和绒隐比都存在显著差异(P<0.05)。试验结果表明,人工哺喂组乳鸽的生长性能优于亲鸽哺喂组,但人工哺喂对乳鸽肠道发育有一定负面影响。
EFFECT OF ARTIFICIAL FEEDING ON GROWTH PERFORMANCE OF PIGEON
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this project is to study the influence of different feeding methods on the growth performance of suckling pigeons, through the artificial feeding of suckling pigeons, to study the influence of artificial feeding on the growth performance of suckling pigeons, so as to clarify the feasibility of artificial feeding mode of suckling pigeons. In this study, healthy 7dayold pigeons were divided into parent feeding group and artificial feeding group, with six replicates in each group and six pigeons in each replicate. The pigeons in the artificial feeding group were fed with artificial pigeon milk at 6:00, 13:00 and 20:00 every day; In the parent pigeon feeding group, 3 suckling pigeons were fed to each pair of parent pigeons, and the feed was provided to the parent pigeons all day. The experimental period was 25 days. The effect of artificial feeding on the growth performance of pigeons was analyzed by comparing the body weight gain and live weight of two groups; Through the histological sections of intestine and muscle stomach, the intestinal development of suckling pigeons in artificial feeding group and parent pigeon feeding group was observed, and the effects of different feeding methods on the development of digestive tract of suckling pigeons were analyzed. The results showed that there were significant differences in live weight and carcass percentage between artificial feeding group and parent feeding group (P < 0.01), but no significant differences in half eviscerated rate and full eviscerated rate (P > 0.05); There were significant differences in organ index of heart, spleen and muscle stomach (P < 0.05), but no significant differences in organ index of kidney,liver, glandular stomach and bursa of Fabricius (P > 0.05); There were significant differences in villus height and ratio of villus height to crypt depth between duodenum and ileum (P < 0.05). This shows that although artificial feeding has a certain negative impact on the digestive tract of pigeons, it can basically ensure the pigeons to play their due production performance.
