摘 要
本文采用回顾性调查方法，随机抽取吴起县中医医院2018年24月感冒中成药处方500份，依据《处方管理办法》、《中成药临床用药指导原则》、《国家基本药物目录》、《国家基本药物临床用药指南》等规定，从感冒中成药的药物种类、联合用药、用药剂量、特殊人群用药等方面进行统计分析和合理性评，旨在为临床正确使用感冒中成药提供参考。调查结果显示该医院感冒中成药使用种类主要是以风热感冒药为主，风热感冒药处方占全部处方的87%；药物应用以单一用药为主，联合用药较少，处方有23份，占全部处方的4.6%；其中重复用药处方有4份，占全部处方的0.8%；滥用补剂的处方有3份，占全部处方的0.6%；用药剂量不合理处方有3份，占全部处方的0.6%；特殊人群用药不合理处方有6份，占全部处方的1.2%。综上所述，该医院感冒中成药使用基本合理，基本达到《中成药临床用药指导原则》要求，但依旧存在不规范现象。建议该医院加强感冒中成药的管理、提高医师的用药水平，真正做到合理用药。
Abstract

nalysis and the evaluation of rationality, aims to provide reference for clinical use cold right proprietary Chinese medicine. The results showed that the main types of drug used in the hospital were mainly wind and cold medicine, and the prescription of wind hot cold medicine accounted for 87% of the total prescriptions. The drug application was dominated by a single drug, with less combination of drugs and 23 prescriptions, accounting for 4.6% of the total prescription. Four copies of the prescription were repeated, accounting for 0.8% of the total prescription. There were three prescriptions for the misuse of supplements, accounting for 0.6% of all prescriptions. Three copies of the prescription were unreasonable, accounting for 0.6% of all prescriptions. There were six unreasonable prescriptions for the special population, accounting for 1.2% of all prescriptions. To sum up, the use of traditional medicine in the hospital is basically reasonable, which basically meets the requirements of the guiding principles for the clinical application of Chinese patent medicine, but there are still unstandardized phenomena. It is suggested that the hospital should strengthen the management of the medicine in the cold and improve the medical level of the doctor, so as to make rational use of the medicine.
